“Swords of Righteousness” Continues Attacks

(IsraelNN.com) A new Islamic group calling itself the “Swords of Righteousness” continues to attack businesses in Gaza. The group claimed responsibility for an explosion in an Internet cafe on Saturday morning. The cafe, located in northern Gaza, belongs to the Abu Kas family.

“Swords of Righteousness” has destroyed several Internet cafes in Gaza because members believe that the Internet distracts Muslim men from worship and is used to view pornography, as the group has explained in emails to cafe owners. The group has also attacked other businesses, such as pharmacies, which they accuse of providing drugs that are used for recreational purposes.
