Ashkenazi: No Training Cancellation Without My OK

(IsraelNN.com) IDF Chief of General Staff Gabi Ashkenazi recently instructed IDF officers not to cancel any training sessions from the battalion level upwards without his personal approval. Ashkenazi has said that he sees the training carried out by the various units as an essential part of building the force and preparing for various possible Middle Eastern scenarios.

Since Ashkenazi began his term as CoS, IDF training has undergone changes: the soldiers are being prepared for war on all possible levels, and at the same time are training for fighting terror in Gaza and Judea and Samaria.

It is great to have a warrior back in charge of the IDF, Gabi knows a war is coming and is going to get the IDF ready for a VICTORY.
