Survey: Most Israelis Insist on Keeping Jerusalem

(IsraelNN.com) A survey conducted by the Center for Educational Ideas showed that 62% of Israelis, or approximately 77% of Israel’s Jewish population, is unwilling to give any part of Jerusalem to the Palestinian Authority under any circumstances. A similar percentage said they would be unwilling to give up control of Jewish holy places, even as part of a peace deal.

60% of those surveyed said that Arab residents of Jerusalem should not be given Israeli citizenship, but rather should be part of an Arab organization such as the PA.
