President Bush Please Pay Attention

Fatah's Fayyad Assures Arab World PA Supports Terror

(IsraelNN.com) Fatah-appointed Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Salem Fayyad assured the Muslim world Monday that his government supports terrorist attacks, despite the wording of its platform, which leaves out such explicit support.

Fayyad made the statement during a press conference in Cairo, Egypt on Monday. He said that “We are certainly an occupied people and resistance is a legitimate right for the Palestinian people as an occupied people. He later qualified that resistance does not “necessarily mean armed struggle.”

"What is the essence of resistance? Especially in light of the current occupation?" Fayyad said. "Does it not begin with all possible efforts to strengthen the permanence of the Palestinian citizens on their land? That is precisely the government's agenda."

President Bush, please pay attention and stop stabbing Israel in the back with your desire to create a terrorist state who's number one goal is the destruction of the State of Israel and the murder of 6,000,000 Jews.

6,000,000 dead Jews was the butchers bill the last time the world turned a blind eye to what the enemies of the Jewish people were saying. But it also cost the world 60,000,000 dead that were not Jews.

What price are you willing for the Jewish people and the rest of the world to pay for a Palestinian State.

Growning Signs Of Trouble

Four Galilee Arabs Arrested For Burning MDA Ambulances

(IsraelNN.com) The Galilee Police arrested four Muslim Arabs from the village of Munda for burning three Magen David Adom ambulances last month.

The ambulances had been parked in the parking lot of an emergency dispatch station in the village when the suspects destroyed them.

During the investigation, the men said they destroyed the ambulances in response to the refusal of the local medical clinic to provide female doctors to examine female patients.

This is just one of recent incidents where Israeli Arabs are showing signs of growing Islamic radicalism. If this trend continues to grow it will have serious ramifications for Israeli security.

Condi, Checkpoints Work

PA Arab Caught With 22 Pounds of Explosives by Shechem

(IsraelNN.com) IDF soldiers manning a security checkpoint southeast of Shechem stopped an Arab citizen Tuesday afternoon and found a bag filled with explosives.

The bag, filled with 10 kg (22 pounds) of explosives, was detonated in a controlled explosion by IDF sappers.

No injuries or damage were reported.

Hey Condi, you want Israel to stop having checkpoints, well guess what they work and save lives. But I get the feeling you and your boss don't really mind dead Jews as long as you get to go down in history for creating a new terrorist state.

Harry Potter, Say it Ain't So

Mideast Press: New 'Zionist Plots' Involve Harry Potter, Darfur by Nissan Ratzlav-Katz

(IsraelNN.com) In two articles appearing in Middle Eastern newspapers this week, Islamist leaders pointed out what they said were new Zionist plots. In an Iranian publication, the worldwide Harry Potter phenomenon was declared a global Zionist conspiracy, while an Arab newspaper quoted a Sudanese leader blaming Jews for Sudan's own Arab-on-Black genocidal civil war.

Kayhahn, an Iranian publication closely affiliated with the ruling mullahs and Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, called the Harry Potter series "a billion-dollar Zionist project." The Potter books were designed by Zionist plotters, according to the Kayhahn editorial, to "disrupt young minds." Khamenei had criticized Iran's Culture and Islamic Guidance

Ministry for approving the distribution of the latest book in the Harry Potter series, which was released last weekend with much fanfare.

If only American leaders would read this and understand that in the collective mind of the Middle East they really believe Harry Potter is a tool of Zionism. Which if the leaders of the west were rational they would then draw their foreign policy to match this reality that the Islamic world is insane and yes they really do want to destroy Israel, America and take over Europe.

So the result should be you don't sell these people weapons, any more than you would give a 6 year old a loaded gun and a bottle of booze and then walk away.

PA War Front Remains Active

Published: 07/30/07, 11:56 PM PA War Front Remains Active by Nissan Ratzlav-Katz

(IsraelNN.com) Palestinian Authority terrorists attacked several Israeli targets on Monday. Attackers employed firearms, rocks, arson and bombs. Meanwhile, the new PA Prime Minister Salam Fayyad declared his support for "resistance" operations against Israel.
Arabs set fire to vegetation near the Jewish town of Yitzhar.

PA gunmen opened fire on IDF soldiers on Monday night near the town of Itamar, south of Shechem. No soldiers were injured in the attack. Earlier in the night, Arabs set fire to vegetation near the Jewish town of Yitzhar, also in the vicinity of Shechem. In the afternoon, soldiers arrested two Arabs in the same area after the two were found to have a gun in their possession. The gun was found during a search of the PA residents' car.

Also on Monday afternoon, soldiers operating in proximity to Gaza found a bomb along the regional security fence, near Kibbutz Nirim. The bomb was destroyed in a controlled explosion. Enemy gunmen subsequently opened fire on the soldiers. It was at least the second shooting attack in the area on Monday. No soldiers were injured in the incidents.

IDF sappers destroyed another bomb in a controlled explosion on Monday afternoon. The pipe bomb was found in an Arab-owned vehicle in the intersection between Efrat and Tekoa in Gush Etzion. The driver of the vehicle was arrested.

Arabs stoned two buses on Monday night near Hevron. One bus was attacked between Hevron and the nearby Jewish city of Kiryat Arba. The second was stoned near the Arab village of Halhul, north of Hevron. No passengers were injured on either bus, but at least one of the buses was damaged. In a similar attack on Monday, Arabs threw heavy stones at an Israeli driver near Beit Omer, between Gush Etzion and Hevron. The driver was unhurt, but his vehicle suffered damage.

Several days after PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas unveiled the new PA platform, which seemed to have dropped all reference to PA armed "resistance" to Jewish sovereignty, PA Prime Minister Salam Fayyad said, "Resistance is a legitimate right for the Palestinian people as an occupied people." He made the comment in Cairo on Monday, prior to a meeting with officials of the Arab League.

The only way to achieve peace with the Palestinians is to declare war and wage war on them like they have never seen in Israel. Fight them the way King Hussein of Jordan did in September 1970. Only by this action can peace and quite be restored.

Where's The Bus

Arab MK: 'Palestine Belongs to Arabs, Not Jews'

(IsraelNN.com) Israeli Arab Knesset Member Ahmed Tibi (United Arab List/Ram Ta’al) attacked the State of Israel in a fiery editorial published in the Arabic-language newspaper Al-Quds on Sunday.

Tibi wrote in the editorial that “Palestine belongs to its Arab residents, not to the Jewish occupiers.”

Tibi told Palestinian Authority Arabs in Ramallah seven months ago that they should fight the "occupation" until they take over all of the Israeli land according to the 1949 Armistice agreement. He made the remarks in a huge rally celebrating the Fatah movement, headed by PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas.

Member of Knesset Ahmed Tibi should have a fatal traffic accident for his crimes against the Jewish people. I really don't care if the bus has to back up to get the job done.

How True, How Sad

Ma'ariv Fires Salvo at Beinisch

(IsraelNN.com) The President of the Supreme Court - a figure traditionally immune from frontal attack by the Israeli press - is coming under unprecedented criticism, especially in the Op-Ed section of Ma'ariv, Israel's second largest daily newspaper. Supreme Court President Dorit Beinisch is taking heavy fire for the way she humiliated the Attorney General's team in the Katzav trial.

A weekend article by the editor, Amnon Dankner, takes a quasi-Talmudic tack and says that the courts in Israel have three schools of thought: Beit Hillel (the house, or school, of Hillel), which is lenient; Beit Shammai (the house, or school, of Shammai), which is stricter – and beit zonot (a whorehouse), which is only cruel to people who do not have the right connections. Under Judges Beinisch and Arbel, the court has chosen the latter path, Dankner wrote.

The Op-Ed section editor, Ben-Dror Yemini, published an article Sunday in which he noted that an investigation against Beinisch's husband, Attorney Yechiel Beinisch, who was suspected of corruption, was terminated by Attorney General Mazuz, yet Beinisch is now questioning the same AG's right to terminate the case against former President Katzav. He also noted that Beinisch said during the Katzav hearings that the AG's team "need not ask what the danger of acquittal is, but rather what the chance of obtaining a guilty verdict is," and asked whether this does not apply to Beinisch's husband as well.

The sad fact is justice is for sale in Israel either for cash or connections, which of course means their is no justice in Israel.

Corruption is rotting Israel from the inside out and it extends from the top down to the smallest Moshav and it must be cut out of Israeli society in order to create the kind of State we can be proud of.

Terrorist , Get Out of Jail Free Card

Prime Minister Olmert under American pressure, in a misguided effort to bolster Abbas has taken 178 terrorist off the wanted list.

Here is an example of the little darlings and their crimes.

1. Naif Hawatmeh leader of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine was allowed into Judea and Samaria at the request of Abbas. He is infamous for taking part in the Ma'alot massacre in 1974 22 Israeli children were murdered.

2. Daoud Hajj February 19, 2002 he commanded an El Aksa Brigade's attack near Ramallah that killed 6 Israeli soldiers. He today lives in the compound of Abbas, that great lover of peace.

3&4. Ala Senakreh and Nasser Abu Azziz in Nablus organized all the suicide bombings in Israel in 2005 and 2006 that originated in Judea and Samaria.

5. Kamal Ranam carried out multiple shooting attacks in Judea and Samaria including one against a school bus full of little girls. Kamal and his band of terrorist thugs used American weapons given to bolster Abbas.

6. Zacharia Zudbeidi, the Aksa Brigades commander in Jenin he has comanded both shooting attacks and at least two suicide bombings he has the blood of dozens of Israelis on his hands.

It Is, All One War

Report: Hizbullah Training Militias in Iraq

(IsraelNN.com) According to Time, members of the Iraqi Mujahadeen, a part of the Sunni Muslim opposition, said recently that hundreds of Hizbullah terrorists are training Shiite militias in Iraq. Approximately 500 members of Hizbullah are in the country, they said, teaching the militias how to assemble bombs and other terrorist tactics.

General Vincent Brooks, who served as the United States Deputy Director of Operations, told Time that the Mujahadeen’s claims were compatible with US intelligence information. According to Brooks, Iran is trying to bring the “Lebanon Model” to Iraq.

The west must learn a very important lesson, their is only one war in the world and that is Islam against the west. Doesn't matter if it is the USA or Israel. We are all part of the same war and if America wants to win the war it must shift the policies it has on Israel and the Palestinians.

Back a Palestinian State and America will lose the war.

Stand strong with Israel tell the world Judea, Samaria, Gaza and Jerusalem belong to the Jewish people for all time and victory is yours.

Stab Israel and the Jewish people in the back, you strengthen those willing to fight against you. For by backing a Palestinian state you reward terror and the sick society that the Palestinians have made for themselves.

This of course does not even touch on the more important issue of how much America backs Israel and Divine wrath, but I of course do not have the answer to where the scale of justice tilts on that question. I only know that in Bershit (Genesis) G-D told Avrham that He would bless those that bless the Jewish people.

Peres Does A Good Thing

Peres Pardons Protestors, Welcomes Katif Expellees

(IsraelNN.com) President Shimon Peres has agreed to pardon dozens of young activists who protested the expulsion of Jews from Gush Katif in 2005. He ordered attorney Yona Sheinvitz to determine the various legal options available.

Peres spoke with several Members of Knesset who requested the pardons, and told them that Jews who were expelled from their homes in Gaza are welcome to meet with him. “I’ll deal with any request for aid,” Peres said. “These people must not be allowed to feel disgrace or suffering.”

MK Yitzchak Levi (NU/NRP) said after the meeting that he was encouraged by Peres’s decision to pardon the Gaza protestors. He said that he and other MKs “hope that he will prove that he really is everyone’s president and will contribute to increased unity.”

I want to acknowledge the new President of Israel Shimon Peres and the great thing that he is doing in granting pardons to these protesters. This will give back to these young people a non criminal record and allow them to move ahead.

The only problem being that with the intent of the leadership of Israel these motivated citizens will more than likely be arrested again for protesting against the crime of giving Jewish land to our enemies.

But in the mean time a job well done must be given to President Peres.

Jewish Soul Swells With Pride

Ramon Wants NATO to Protect Israel

(IsraelNN.com) Additional details from Deputy Prime Minister Chaim Ramon's interview on Kol Yisrael radio this morning: Ramon wants NATO forces to be in charge of security in the areas Israel hands over to the Palestinian Authority.

Ramon did not say how much of Judea and Samaria should be vacated by Israel, but he did say that Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's pre-election "Converegence" plan, which called for handing over 90% of Judea and Samaria to the Arabs, is no longer on the table, at least not as a one-step plan.

The collective Jewish Souls swells with pride, when we hear our leaders asking NATO to protect us. We are filled with the same level of pride that we felt when the aircraft returned from Entebbe with the freed hostages or when we knew that the Old City of Jerusalem had been captured during the Six Day War.

Why and how can the leaders of Israel be so stupid? 60 years ago many of the nations that today make up NATO stood by and watched their Jewish citizens being taken away to the death camps by the Nazis and today we want these same nations to protect Israel.

I tell you it just makes me want to rise to my feet assume the position of attention and sing Ha Tikva.

Is Rice Really This Stupid

Future of Israel lies in Negev, Galilee, says Rice

On eve of visit to region, US Secretary of State pledges that there will be a Palestinian state in interview with Arabic-language television network

Published: 07.26.07, 17:19 / Israel News

US Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice, who is due to visit Israel next week, insisted yesterday that "the future of Israel is in building a strong Israeli state in places like the Negev and Galilee" and not "under the continued occupation of the West Bank."

In an interview with the Alhurra television station, a US-funded Arabic-language satellite network, Rice also pledged that she and President George W Bush will "give every ounce of our energy to try and help to move forward on the two-state solution to establish the Palestinian state. I can't tell you that it will all be done when we are finished here, but I can tell you that there will be a Palestinian state."

Rice also told the Alhurra network that "the Palestinian people have waited too long for the state. The Israelis have waited too long for the security that will come from having a viable and democratic neighbor.

"I believe that the Palestinians, who are intelligent people, entrepreneurial people, people who have the same aspirations for democracy and prosperity, are going to insist that the conditions are there so that the state can come into being.

"And I believe that Israel understands too that it has obligations that need to be met and need to be met now, because the future of Israel is not under the continued occupation of the West Bank. The future of Israel is in building a strong Israeli state in places like the Negev and Galilee, as the President said in his speech."

Is Rice really this stupid or is she just blind to the evil that is Palestinian society, her praises for the Palestinians are just wrong, the Palestinians have no aspirations for democracy and prosperity. They as a collective society aspire to one thing and one thing only the destruction of the State of Israel and the murder of 6,000,000 Jews.

If our so called friend President Bush holds these views what can we see in the future from Presidents that are not called pro Israel.

Israel must cut our strings to America, as painful as this is for me to say the time has come to cut the ties that bind us to a policy of suicide and go it on our own. We can make up the lost foreign aid in arms sales that America currently blocks Israel from making.

Rice telling Israel where Israels future lies would be like the EU telling America her future lies with giving back the American southwest to Mexico.

Syria Orders MiG-31E Jets from Russia

(IsraelNN.com) According to the Middle East Newsline, Syria recently ordered MiG-31E fighter jets from Russia. The contract was reportedly signed in early 2007, and the jets will be delivered in the upcoming months.

Experts said that the jets would dramatically improve Syria’s air combat abilities. A Russian source was quoted as calling the deal “the start of a new era.”

Israel Okays Transfer of 1,000 Rifles from Jordan to PA

Israel Okays Transfer of 1,000 Rifles from Jordan to PA

(IsraelNN.com) Israel has approved another transfer of semi-automatic M-16 rifles from Jordan to Palestinian Authority (PA) Chairman Mahmoud Abbas's Presidential Force elite guards, the largest transfer in several years. Israel is counting on Abbas's militia to use the weapons to prevent a Hamas military takeover although previous shipments of guns often were used in attacks against Israelis.

Israel approved a similar shipment several months ago to PA forces in Gaza, where Hamas took possession of the weapons.

Just what the enemy of Israel and the Jewish people needs, more weapons that can be used to murder us. When will our leaders learn, what the true nature of this struggle is. It is for the survival of the State of Israel and nothing less.

It is time to stop playing games and start protecting the Jewish people, not give weapons to our enemies.

Nazi Graffiti on IDF War Memorial

(IsraelNN.com) Swastikas and other vandalism were discovered adorning an IDF war memorial in the Katamon neighborhood of Jerusalem Tuesday.

The memorial to the memory of 270 neighborhood residents who died in various Israeli wars was also plastered with threats against the Supreme Court, according to Haaretz.

Police are investigating.

This stupid grotesque act no doubt comes as a result of an other grotesque act by the Supreme Court of the State of Israel where the court has taken the side of Palestinians against the State over where the wall is being built south of Hebron.

So extreme right wing idiots desecrate a memorial to our dead who have fallen in fighting to keep the Jewish State alive. What does it matter where the wall is being built it is a bad idea that in the long run has hurt Israel and will hurt us even more in the future. So until we stop building the wall and tear down what has been built what do I care if it is 50 or 100 meters to one side or the other.

Israeli Hizbullah Agent Nabbed on Return from Jordan

(IsraelNN.com) The National Security Agency (Shin Bet) revealed Tuesday that it arrested an Israeli woman last month who was working as an agent for Hizbullah. The unnamed Galilee resident was arrested when she returned from a visit to Jordan.

An indictment in a Haifa court stated that a fellow Jordanian dentistry student approached her in 2003 and asked her to transfer cell phones and memory cards into Israel for suicide bombing attacks. She ultimately refused but then agreed to transfer a compute disc for Hizbullah.

Good work, but you have to wonder how many more Israeli Arabs are on the Hizbullah payroll.

Syrian Official: War with Israel will be Ballistic

Published: 07/23/07, 6:52 PM Syrian Official: War with Israel will be Ballistic by Gil Ronen

(IsraelNN.com) Syria sees the next war with Israel as involving missile attacks on civilian infrastructure and front-line guerilla warfare, an anonymous senior official in the Syrian Ministry of Defense told Defense News Weekly, in an interview appearing Monday. Syria prefers to avoid a direct, "classic" confrontation with Israel, he said. Instead, the next war will involve Katyusha rocket and ballistic missiles that will target strategic points in Israel, especially civilian infrastructure.

The official said that the war will not be limited to a single strike, but will be protracted in nature. "This will be a war of attrition, which the Israelis are not good at," he explained. The conflict, he said, "will be more like a war between cities than a war on the battlefield."

According to Arab affairs expert Dr. Guy Bechor, the Syrian assessment is a result of the Second Lebanon War. After that war the Syrians understood that they do not need a large ground force to defeat Israel, but rather missiles aimed at dense Israeli population centers. For the past two years the Syrians have been engaged in massive acquisitions from Russia, after an $11 billion debt was partially forgiven by Russia in 2005, and partially covered by Iran.

Following the unimpressive performance by the IDF in last year’s war, Bechor explains, Syria beg

an equipping itself with advanced anti-aircraft missiles, anti-tank missiles and cruise missiles.

The Syrian army numbers 650,000 soldiers, including 354,000 reservists, according to Defense News. Its tanks are outdated Soviet models, however, and its air force is inferior to Israel's.

The London-based daily Al-Sharq al-Awsat recently reported that Syria has deployed Chinese C-802 cruise missiles, which it acquired from Iran. In addition, Russia has expressed its willingness to sell the Syrians its Iskander missile, which has a range of 280 kilometers, more than enough to strike at any destination in Israel. The missile features an optical GPS navigational system that allows operators to guide it to their targets.

Al-Sharq al-Awsat also reported Saturday that Iran secretly promised Syria it would provide $1 billion for buying advanced weapons and assist it with nuclear research and the development of chemical weapons, in exchange for a Syrian promise not to negotiate peace with Israel. However, Iran's foreign ministry spokesman dismissed the report as a "media game" and asked how the media could know about the deal if it was confidential.

Israel needs to hit first and hardest with combined massive attacks on both Syria and Iran, in order to avoid a war that will bleed our civilian population centers and our economy.

Hope For The Future

IDF Manpower Chief Reveals Secular Draft Dodging

(IsraelNN.com) Major General Elazar Stern, head of IDF manpower, said Monday that the government is lax in trying to stop the phenomena of draft dodging among Israeli youth. He did not single out secular youth, but most of those who avoid the draft, except for religious youth learning in Torah institutions, come from secular communities.

He said that many youth declare they have personal or psychological problems but are able to serve. Avoiding the draft has become common on secular kibbutzim, which once were the leaders in serving the country in the army. Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's two sons also did not serve in the army.

This in the long run has the potential to be a great thing.

In many combat units religious boys make up the majority of the soldiers and officers. These are the core group that will rise up and remove the corrupt leadership from the Knesset, in 20 years if we can't solve the problem before that.

Raising a New Generation of Terrorist

Arab Schools To Teach 'Tragedy' of Jewish State

(IsraelNN.com) The Education Ministry, headed by Yuli Tamir (Labor), has approved adding to the Arab school program the Arab version of the "tragedy" of the creation of the State Of Israel.

Arab nationalists call the War for Independence "Nakba," Arabic for "tragedy," and have asked that its version of the creation of the Jewish state be taught in their schools. The new directive includes the subject in the grade three textbook Living Together in Israel. It is written by Arabs who fled their home during the war and claim that Israel took their land.

The text also points out that Arab nations refused to accept the United Nations partition plan creating the Jewish state and a new Trans-Jordan country. Education Minister Tamir revealed that the change was made only after its omission was pointed out by Benny Begin, son of the late Prime Minister Menachem Begin.

Teaching the "Nakba" to Arabs is the latest in a number of dramatic moves by the Labor ministers, a left-wing professor who has campaigned against subsidies for Jewish religious education while backing Arab nationalist programs. Last year, she ordered that maps of Israel show the 1949 Armistice Line, which draws the borders of Israel as it existed before the Six-Day War in 1967.

With Israel changing the text of Arab history books we are making the next generation of terrorist. Terrorist that will not be Palestinian Arabs but rather Israeli Arabs. This change will lay the foundation for a fracture in Israeli society that Israel may not survive.

Amona-Style Violence in Homesh

Amona-Style Violence in Homesh

(IsraelNN.com) The Homesh First Headquarters reports that police violence in Homesh is reminiscent of the violence at Amona. However, organizers say that the activists' spirit remains unbroken and that wave upon wave continues streaming towards the ruins.

According to YeshaNews, a group of 80 young activists were surrounded by Border Police, who demanded they leave the place. When they refused, the policemen took out their batons and began hitting the youths all over their bodies, pushing them towards trucks that were to take them away.

The HQ asks that Land of Israel faithful keep on coming to Kedumim, where they will be given directions on how to reach Homesh.

YASAM Cops Cart Away Homesh Settlers

(IsraelNN.com) Policemen from the YASAM (SWAT) unit have forcibly removed the families that came to resettle the destroyed community of Homesh in Samaria Sunday. They were taken away to Kedumim in a military vehicle and will soon be returned to the Shavei Shomron, where they came from.

The Homesh First headquarters calls upon Jews to keep on coming to Homesh. "This is an ongoing, 'rolling' operation, and we will be spending Tisha B'Av in Homesh," a source at the headquarters said. More ascents to Homesh are planned for tonight.

Three Sisters Murdered in Gaza ‘Honor’ Killing

Three Sisters Murdered in Gaza ‘Honor’ Killing

(IsraelNN.com) A group of anonymous men dumped three bodies in Dir El-Balah in central Gaza on Sunday and attempted to bury them in a shallow grave. Medical sources confirmed that the bodies were those of three sisters, ages 16, 19, and 22, who died of multiple stab wounds and were apparently strangled as well.

Gaza human rights groups said the murders were apparently “honor killings,” in which women are killed for supposedly dishonoring their family name by engaging in behavior seen as inappropriate by their society. One of the sisters was married and lived in Dir El-Balah, while the other two were single and lived in Gaza City. Local Hamas security forces said they would investigate the killings, but members of women’s rights groups were skeptical, saying that police rarely take “honor” killings seriously.

This is only the beginning, says Abbas

Ali Waked
Published: 07.20.07, 14:37 / Israel News

Abbas personally greeted the prisoners, saying "this is only the beginning… efforts must continue. Our work must continue until every prisoner returns to his home."

"We hope the combined steps of both the Israeli government and the Palestinian are the start of a new chapter in Israeli-Palestinian relations', Mark Regev, spokesman for the Foreign Ministry told Ynet.

"This release has broken the ice between us and Israel where prisoners are concerned," said Ziad Abu Ayn, director of prisoner affairs in the Palestinian Authority.

Attending the welcoming ceremony, among others, was MK Ahmad Tibi (United Arab List-Ta'al).

255 terrorist scum were released from prison today, by Israel we should be ashamed of this action by the government for two reasons.

First it has made the price of Jewish blood cheap once again. Today we released terrorist that had maimed Israeli citizens. How can the government which has a duty to protect the citizens of a country keep a straight face when it tells the lie that these terrorist had no Jewish blood on their hands. If a terrorist blows up a bomb or shoots a Jew and the Jew survives but looses an eye or limb. Does this terrorist have Jewish blood on their hands of course they do.

Second how can Mark Regev keep telling the same lines for all these years, this is not a new chapter in Israeli-Palestinian relations this is the same old song and dance. A new relation would be one where Israel fought to keep our citizens safe and declared war on the Palestinians and brought real peace and justice to all the Land from the Jordan river to the sea. We always must remember that G-D gave Israel to the Jewish people and only Cowards, Scum and Traitors would want to give away a gift from G-D.

Lastly please note that Member of the Knesset Ahmad Tibi was there to celebrate the release of these terrorist scum. He should be the "victim" of a fatal traffic accident for his crimes against the Jewish people. But we wave our flag of democracy high above our head and turn a blind eye to the fifth column in the Knesset.

Is This Democracy

Fatah: Hamas Not Allowed in PA Elections

(IsraelNN.com) In an interview printed in Egyptian paper Al-Hayyat on Thursday, senior Fatah terrorists said that Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas was serious in calling for new PA elections, and that Hamas would not be allowed to run in the elections. Abbas intends to completely remove Hamas from PA politics unless Hamas backs down from its military conquest of Gaza, they said.

Abbas said Wednesday that he was canceling all previous agreements between Hamas and Fatah, including the “Cairo Accord” that brought Hamas into the PA. Hamas fired back by calling Abbas’s PA “illegitimate” and denying Abbas’s authority to call new elections.

Is this the democracy that President George Bush is fighting to bring to the Middle East, you can vote only if we like the results. So we will rig the elections so that we get the results that we want, democracy and freedom be damned. Freedom is freedom to choose evil like the Palestinians did in their last elections.

It should be post election that we deal with the decisions that vote in to office evil.

True Face of Israeli "Democracy"

Nadia Matar to Face Charges

(IsraelNN.com) Nadia Matar, co-chairwoman of Women in Green, will face charges of insulting a public servant, the Jerusalem District Court decided Thursday. The court overturned an earlier ruling by the Magistrates Court, according to which charges against Matar would be dropped.

Matar was accused of insulting a public servant after calling Disengagement Authority (Sela) head Yonaton Bassi “a modern-day version of the Judenrat.” Matar has argued that other activists and politicians have used similar language without facing charges.

How can Israeli call itself a free democracy when under the Sharon government it enacted this law making it against the law to insult a government official. The problem is that compared to where the majority of Israelis came from i.e. Arab countries or the former Soviet Union Israel feels free in comparison to where these Jews came from.

This does not however mean that Israel have the same freedoms as Americans have in America

Majadele Pushes ‘Painful’ Concessions

(IsraelNN.com) Science, Sport, and Culture Minister Raleb Majadele (Labor), Israel’s first Arab minister, said Thursday that he has pushed Prime Minister Ehud Olmert to give up parts of Israel. In a talk with Olmert, he pushed for “significant and painful territorial concessions” in the hopes of making peace with Syria. Majadele also asked Olmert to make him a good-will emissary to Syria.

Syrian President Bashar Assad has said he will negotiate with Israel if Israel gives up the strategic Golan region. Olmert has offered to meet with Assad with no preconditions.

We should not be surprised at this, after all most Arabs are more determined to meet their goal of destroying Israel than Israeli Jews are determined to achieve victory.

Light Injuries in Rocket Attack in Sderot by Hillel Fendel

(IsraelNN.com) Yet another Kassam rocket has landed in the city of Sderot, hitting a house and sending residents to the hospital.

The Kassam rocket, fired from Hamas Authority-controlled Gaza just over a kilometer away, landed on a house in Sderot this afternoon (Thursday). The blast occurred shortly after noon; seven people were reportedly lightly injured, suffering shock. Five of them were evacuated to Barzilai Hospital in Ashkelon.

The Parents Association in Sderot threatens not to send their children to school on Sept. 1, given that the enforcement of the school buildings is not expected to be completed by then.

Three or four Kassam rockets were fired at Sderot on Monday night, including one that hit a house and caused injuries. On Tuesday, another two rockets were fired, landing harmlessly in open areas in the Negev. Eleven Israelis have been killed in Kassam attacks, almost all of them in Sderot.

17% of prisoners resume terror activity

Jul. 18, 2007 19:32 | Updated Jul. 18, 2007 19:41 17% of prisoners resume terror activity By ETGAR LEFKOVITS

Nearly one in every five Palestinian prisoners who has been released returns to terror activities, a senior Justice Ministry official said Wednesday.

The remarks by Pardons Department head Emmy Palmor came just two days before Israel is scheduled to free more than 250 Palestinian prisoners in a confidence-building measure aimed at bolstering Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas.

About 85 percent of the Palestinian prisoners slated for release on Friday morning were from Fatah, and the rest from the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, Palmor said. None of the prisoners were from Hamas, she noted.

Palmor said that about 17% of Palestinian prisoners convicted on terror-related offensives who had been freed by Israel later returned to terror activities.

"I cannot tell you that none of the 250 prisoners who will be released on Friday will return to terror," Palmor said in a press briefing.

The Almagor Terror Victims Association, which has petitioned the High Court of Justice to delay the release, said Wednesday that 179 Israelis have been killed over the last seven years by Palestinians freed in previous deals.

"From an initial inspection of the list, there are already some names of terrorists whose release is unreasonable," wrote Almagor head Meir Eindor.

By law, the list of Palestinian prisoners to be freed must be published 48 hours before their scheduled release to allow for petitions to the Supreme Court.

But Israel's highest court has never blocked a prisoner release in the past, deferring to the government's jurisdiction on the issue, Palmor said.

The Justice Ministry, which carefully selects the prisoners to be released, in consultation with security officials, does not expect any delays in this week's release either, she said.

None of the prisoners scheduled for release had "blood on their hands," meaning they had not killed Israelis, and had at least one year left until the end of their original incarceration period, Palmor said.

An earlier list of prisoners was nixed by Prime Minister Ehud Olmert because many of the prisoners did not have one year left on their sentence, she noted.

Palmor also said that the Israeli legal term of "no blood on their hands" was morally ambiguous because it included convicted Palestinian prisoners who had tried to carry out mass murder but had failed in their attempts to kill or injure Israelis.

There are 7,000 Palestinian prisoners being held in Israeli jails, she said. The figure does not include those who are being held without trial in administrative detention.

Among those slated for release Friday is Abdel Rahim Malouh, 61, second in command of the PFLP. The group orchestrated the 2001 assassination of tourism minister Rehavam Ze'evi. Palmor said Malouh was not involved in the killing.

According to official statistics, fourteen of the prisoners to be released were due to complete their terms next year. The sentence of 70 others ended in 2008, 85 more in 2009, 46 in 2010, 32 in 2011, 6 in 2012, 2 in 2013 and 1 each in 2014 and 2015.

Palmor concurred that there were security risks inherent in the early release of Palestinian prisoners, but stressed that the release was a political decision taken by the government.

"I have a 15-year-old son taking the bus right now in Jerusalem. Nothing can be more personal," Palmor said.

During her briefing, Palmor also revealed that at least one Palestinian prisoner preferred to stay behind bars to continue receiving free arthritic medication.

Proving that those who govern Israel have no depths to which they can not sink, they have included in the list of terrorist to be set free Abdel Rahim Malouh who was involved in the planning of the murder of then Tourism Minister Ze'evi. When those that govern no longer seek to protect the governed, it is time for those in leadership to be swept from their positions of power.

But when they no longer even seek to protect themselves, by allowing the murder of one of their own to go unpunished then they have set new lows for the Cowards, Scum and Traitors that rule Israel.

Assad: Unconditional Talks Based on Golan Retreat

Assad: Unconditional Talks Based on Golan Retreat

(IsraelNN.com) Syrian President Bashar Assad told the Syrian Parliament Tuesday that he is ready for unconditional peace talks with Israel but stated his own condition that Israel surrender the strategic Golan Heights.

He said Israel must do more than "send messengers," as was done earlier this year when United States House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi visit Israel and then Syria. "This is not serious," Assad stated after being sworn in to his second term as President. "They must provide us with guarantees that all of the Golan will be returned'

He also revealed that another country is mediating between Israel and Syria. Observers said he might be referring to Turkey.

If Israel gives into the demands of Assad which he has been linking to a war if he doesn't get his way then it is all over for Israel. Their would be nothing left in terms of a fighting spirit in the country and I for one say let the leftist then try to fight for the country, they have not stepped up to the plate in years let them give away the country and see who is remaining that will fight for them, when the Arab hordes pour over our country from all sides.

The right has made up the majority of combat units for the last 10 plus years it is time to say, you want to give up our land then you fight for we are going to with hold our sons. Why should we risk our sons so the Cowards, Scum and Traitors in the Knesset can give away what our sons have bleed and died to hold onto.

NIS 451,000 for Sharon Care

NIS 451,000 for Sharon Care

(IsraelNN.com) The Knesset’s Finance Committee approved a medical care budget of NIS 451,000 for former Prime Minister Ariel Sharon on Tuesday. The Prime Minister’s Office had asked the committee to approve the expense, but did not specify what exactly the money would be used for.

Ariel Sharon suffered a massive stroke in 2006 and fell into a coma. Doctors say he is in a persistent vegetative state with little chance of recovery. He has been hospitalized in Tel Hashomer for more than a year and a half.

This stinks, Sharon is covered under Israel's socialized medical insurance, why does his family need a little over $100,000 for medical expense? Money that is not ear marked for what it has to been spent on, maybe Omri Sharons son needs a new Porsche.

PA: Israel's Prisoner List Not Good Enough

PA: Israel's Prisoner List Not Good Enough

(IsraelNN.com) An official in the Palestinian Authority (PA) says the list of convicted Arab terrorists Israel wants to hand over to the PA is unacceptable. Ziad Abu Ein, Director of the PA's "Ministry of Prisoners," said Tuesday that the Arab side had refused to accept the list because the Israelis had formed it unilaterally.

When compiling the list, Israel did not consult the Joint Committee of Prisoners, which has representatives from both Israel and the PA, said Abu Ein. In addition, he claimed, Israel ignored the criteria of the PA's "Ministry of Prisoners."

Abu Ein revealed that PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas told Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert that the list was unacceptable when the two met Sunday.

It is never good enough not for the PA or the USA. Israel always needs to give in more and more, for what nothing.

We release terrorist who have only wounded people, people that have been sentenced to spend the rest of their lives confined to wheel chairs, or with out sight or limbs, don't count any more.

If the terrorist only maimed you ruined your life from a stand point of your physical ability, that's OK. We will release them and give them a second chance to try to murder you.

This must stop, if you raise your hand against the Jewish people any where in the world you must die. Either by the courts of Israel or by other government agencies hunting you down and using the tools of their trade send you to G-D's judgment.

Bush Is A Fool

'Hamas must recognize Israel'

In landmark speech, US President George W. Bush calls on Hamas to recognize the State of Israel; offers unprecedented financial and political support for West Bank government of Mahmoud Abbas; declares Mideast summit

Yaakov Lappin
Latest Update: 07.16.07, 20:45 / Israel News

US President George Bush has called on Hamas to recognize the State of Israel in a landmark speech on the Middle East Monday evening.

Bush used the speech to call for an international Mideast peace summit of Israelis, Palestinians, and representatives of neighboring states, to be chaired by Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.

"We will continue to deliver a firm message to Hamas. You must stop being a safe heaven for attacks against Israel. You must accept the legitimate Palestinian state. And you must reject violence and recognize Israel's right to exist and commit to previous agreements between the parties," Bush said.

"There is the vision of Hamas, which the world saw in Gaza… with summary executions.... By following this path the Palestinian people would guarantee chaos. They would surrender to Hamas' sponsors in Syria and Iran. And they would crush the possibility of a Palestinian state," Bush warned.

"There is another option, a hopeful option, of a peaceful state called Palestine as a homeland for the Palestinian people," Bush said, adding that the Fatah government was "working to strengthen the security services to confront the terrorists and protect the innocent."

"By following this path, Palestinians can reclaim their dignity and establish a state of their own," Bush added.

The US president went on to offer unprecedented levels of American financial and

political support for the West Bank Fatah government of PA President Mahmoud Abbas and Prime Minister Fayyad Salam. "By supporting the reforms of President Abbas and PM Fayyad, we help prove to the world, region, and Israel, that a Palestinian state would be a partner, not a danger," Bush said.

"The US is taking a series of steps to strengthen the forces of moderation and peace among the Palestinian people," he added, before announcing that "this year we will provide the Palestinian people with more than 190 million dollars, including for humanitarian work in Gaza." 228 million dollars have been earmarked by the US for loans for Palestinian businesses, Bush said, adding that a direct contribution will also be made to Palestinians to reform their security service, under US oversight.

Bush expressed hope that a strengthening of moderate forces among Palestinians would lead to the formation of a Palestinian state in the West Bank and Gaza.

"With all this assistance we are showing the Palestinian people that a commitment to peace leads to generous support by the US," he added.

'No future for Israel in West Bank'
Turning to the Israeli government, Bush said: "Israel has a clear path. Prime Minister Olmert must continue to release tax revenues to the Palestinian Authority."

"Prime Minister Olmert has made it clear that Israel's future is in development of Negev and Galilee, not through occupation in the West Bank," Bush said.

"The US will never abandon its commitment to Israel as a Jewish state and a homeland to the Jewish people," the US president vowed.

At the end of his speech, Bush announced "an international meeting this fall of representatives of nations that support two state solution and reject violence," adding that the key participants will be Israelis, Palestinians, and their neighbors in the region."

Israel 'satisfied with speech'

Following the speech, a senior official in the Prime Minister's Office expressed satisfaction over Bush's words.

The speech "charted out a route and definitely meets our expectations," noted the official.

"The subjects were pre-coordinated with us, but not the details. There's no doubt the speech confirms Israel's stance on most of the Palestinian issues. Dismantling illegal outposts also matches the stance of the prime minister and his party."

Referring to the conference announced by the US president, the aide said that Israel would be happy to see countries like Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Morocco attending. "The conditions for participation are, of course, abiding by the Quartet's prerequisites, namely recognizing Israel, denouncing terror and honoring past agreements between Israel and the PLO."

Hamas and Fatah both share the same goal the destruction of the State of Israel.

Terrorist that are part of Fatah are still carrying out and planning acts of terrorism to murder Israelis.

G-D gave me Judea and Samaria, Mr. Bush what you call the west bank and not you or any of the leaders of Israel are going to be able to give it to the sick Jew hating society which is the Palestinian people.

Mr. Bush, now you must answer to the Creator of the world for your desire to remove His people from the land that He created and gave to the Jewish people.

If I was a bigger stronger person than I am, I would now say may G-D have mercy on your soul. But I am not, so I will not for you are putting the lives of my children at risk and for this I pray that G-D never forgive you for I know that I and every other Jew that understands the truth of the Torah will not forgive you.

Today Mr. Bush you have set in motion acts of terrorism that will shed not only Jewish blood in Israel but also may shed American blood too.

Qassam hits Sderot home

Just two hours after Abbas, Olmert conclude diplomatic meeting in Jerusalem, Palestinians in north Gaza launch rocket barrage towards Israeli communities in western Negev; one person suffers shock

Palestinians in northern Gaza fired three Qassam rockets towards Sderot just hours after Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas concluded a diplomatic meeting in Jerusalem.

One of the rockets directly hit a Sderot home, causing structural damage and leading one person to suffer shock.

Two more rockets landed in open areas near the Sha'ar Hanegev regional council.

The Qassam landed in an area which has suffered from rocket hits in the past.

Moshe, who lives opposite the house that was hit, told Ynet: "We heard a really loud explosion. It was louder than ones we've heard in the past. I went outside to see if anyone was wounded.

"I saw a black cloud of smoke coming from the house and severe damages. Within a few minutes rescue teams arrived. Even though it's been quieter lately, we live in fear that Qassams will fall, because we know it will never be quiet here," Moshe said.

"It's a disgrace that they are releasing prisoners and giving Abbas weapons, which in the end will be used to hurt us," he added, referring to the Israeli administration's decision to free 250 Palestinian security prisoners as a goodwill gesture to Abbas.

"I'm Wheelchair-Bound, and the Terrorists Can Go Free?!"

Published: 07/16/07, 12:05 PM "I'm Wheelchair-Bound, and the Terrorists Can Go Free?!" by Hillel Fendel

(IsraelNN.com) A paralyzed terror victim laments to Prime Minister Ehud Olmert his plan to release terrorists who failed to murder Israelis and only wounded them.

Olmert has agreed to grant amnesty to nearly 180 Fatah terror leaders, in exchange for their signatures on a commitment to cease terrorism for three months. If they succeed in giving up terrorism for that period, they will no longer be consider wanted by Israel.

Chana Bart lived with her husband and eight children in Kfar Darom, Jewish Gaza, before being thrown out of her home during the Disengagement/expulsion two years ago. She was paralyzed in the lower half of her body in a terrorist shooting attack in 2002, and has been confined to a wheelchair ever since. Two years later - a day after Sharon's bombshell announcement of his plan to throw the more than 8,000 Jews of Gaza out of their homes - Chana and her husband Eliezer celebrated the brit [ritual circumcision] of their new baby son. They named him Amichai [My Nation Lives] Yisrael.

The scene of Chana carrying her baby to the brit in a wheelchair marked a poignant moment in Gush Kaif history, and was immortalized in films prior to the expulsion.

Mrs. Bart, now living in Ashkelon with many of the other exiled Kfar Darom families, was incensed to learn of Prime Minister Olmert's planned "gesture" towards Abu Mazen in which 250 Palestinian terrorists would be freed from Israeli prisons. She wrote him the following letter:

"As one who was seriously wounded in a shooting attack on the Kisufim route [into Gush Katif], I would like to know if the government decision to free 250 terrorists 'without blood on their hands' includes the release of terrorists who wounded Israelis. Spokesman and 'leakers' for the government say that a terrorist who wounded a Jew is not considered to have 'blood on his hands,' and can therefore be included on the list of those who can be considered for release.

"The thought of this gives me no rest. I assume that this is true for other terrorism victims as well.

"I ask you, Mr. Prime Minister: Just because I was successful in remaining alive, therefore those wicked men who shot me should be released? I am bound to a wheelchair, and they should be able to walk around free and happy? Just because I managed to survive the inferno from which they planned that I would not come out alive, they should be able to enjoy the rest of their lives calmly and pleasantly?

"In previous terrorist releases, I have been informed [by the Almagor terror victims association] that your predecessors understood that 'blood on their hands' means both killing and wounding. They understood that a terrorist who failed to kill but succeeded in wounding his victim, must serve out his full sentence.

"I wouldn't want you to have to deal for even one week with what my family and I have to deal with day in and day out. Perhaps you will invite me and my family for a talk and you will hear what we go through each day. I can of course only tell you in words what we go through, but the actual pain you won't be able to feel - but at least you will have some of 'all of the data' on your way to make such a fateful decision. It is a decision that has no turning back, except by once again expending great efforts to arrest them once again, at the expense of endangering IDF soldiers."

Shimon , It's Time To Remember

Peres: We Must 'Get Rid' of Judea and Samaria

(IsraelNN.com) President-elect Shimon Peres, whose inauguration ceremony has just begun, is wasting no time in giving inflammatory interviews. Speaking with the Associated Press before the ceremony, Peres said "we must get rid of the Territories," using the left-wing terminology for parts of the Land of Israel liberated in 1967.

Peres, who had promised to be a President who would unite Israelis, claimed that the need for "getting rid" of Judea and Samaria reflected the will of the majority of Israelis. "I won't hide my views," he said. "However, I will respect the minority and I will not insult them. I have changed my job but not my beliefs."

Peres: I Won't Forget to Die

(IsraelNN.com) Israel's new President, Shimon Peres, responded to a question regarding his age Sunday afternoon by saying: "if you are healthy and clear of mind, what is the problem? I am in no hurry to die."

The 84 year old added: "that day will come. I will not forget to die. But until then, I do not intend to waste my life."

Shimon, you have forgot a long time ago, and now you are just a traitor to the Jewish people. You seek to rid yourself of the heartland of the what G-D himself gave the Jewish people. You have spent your time as a pimp for the Palestinians going around the world collecting money for their cause, money which is banked in the Cayman Island which have the toughest secrecy laws on banking in the world.

Why Shimon, do you bank in the Caymans?

Is it $1.00 for the enemy of my people, $1,000,000 for Shimon?

Shimon you have out lived your time now please remember.

Iranian intelligence operatives recently detained over a dozen squirrels found within the nation's borders, claiming the rodents were serving as spies for Western powers determined to undermine the Islamic Republic.

"In recent weeks, intelligence operatives have arrested 14 squirrels within Iran's borders," state-sponsored news agency IRNA reported. "The squirrels were carrying spy gear of foreign agencies, and were stopped before they could act, thanks to the alertness of our intelligence services."

Iranian police commander Esmaeil Ahmadi-Moqadam confirmed the report, saying that a number of squirrels had been caught bearing foreign spy gear within Iran's borders.

"I heard of this but I have no specific knowledge on the subject," he said. He refused to give further details.

Recently, Iran has increased its efforts in combating espionage by the West. The use of rodents has not been documented in the past.

During his investigation, Sufi also admitted to involvement in the infiltration into an IDF outpost in southern Gaza five years ago, in January of 2002. Four soldiers, including a major, were killed in that incident.

Sufi, who lives in Rafah on the border with Egypt, admitted to having fired several missiles towards Israel and planting explosive devices against IDF forces.

These devices caused the injury of a number of soldiers, in the incidents cited.

This man should after getting all the intelligence that we can from him be given the death penalty, but alas it will not happen for Israel is his enemy.

Five Mortar Attacks from Gaza

Five Mortar Attacks from Gaza

(IsraelNN.com) Gaza terrorists fired five mortar shells at the western Negev on Wednesday afternoon. Two of the shells landed in the Nahal Oz area. No injuries were reported in the attack.

The other three shells landed in Hamas-controlled territory near the Kerem Shalom border crossing. Terrorists have often threatened to attack the crossing, which they see as an impediment to their complete control of Gaza because it is controlled by Israel. No injuries were reported in the attack.

Heads Should Roll

It's Official: Israel Not Ready for War

(IsraelNN.com) Israel is not ready for a full scale war, whether it takes place this summer or next, according to the directors of several government ministries.

As far as bomb shelters are concerned, "Israel has a 'shelter gap' of NIS five billion," the Director of the Prime Minister's Office, Raanan Di-Nur said Wednesday. "This kind of gap is not closed overnight, and we will not be ready either this summer or the next with shelters for all of the citizens."

The Director of the Defense Ministry, Pinchas Buchris, said that while the north was almost fully equipped with shelters, the area from central Israel to the Akko-Amiad road was only 70%-80% covered by shelters. As regards gas masks against chemical or biological attack, he said that "there is no solution right now for masks for the general public in case of war, if it breaks out now. You can't take care of millions of masks overnight."

This is criminal Israel has never not been at war, how can we allow ourselves not to be ready for war at the drop of a hat?

People should lose their jobs over this and if senior people have retired and they allowed this, they should loose their pensions.

Good News For A Change

Israeli-US Scientists Identify Virus-Busting Genes

(IsraelNN.com) Joint research by Dr. Leonid Brodsky of the Institute of Evolution of the University of Haifa and Dr. Milton Taylor of Indiana University led to the discovery of a mathematical method that can identify which genes in our bodies fight the viruses that attack us. Using the model, Brodsky and Taylor identified 37 genes out of 22,000 possible genes which fight the hepatitis C virus.

"When we know which genes are responsible for fighting the viruses which attack our liver, we will be able to look for the medications which will activate these genes most favorably," said Dr. Brodsky. The team conducted clinical trials on 400 patients at eight different centers in the United States.

The hepatitis C virus, found mostly among patients who have had a blood transfusion or who share needles, attacks the liver and in extreme cases can cause cancer of the liver. At present, only one well known medication, Interferon, is used to treat the virus, and it does not work for all patients. "In the future, we hope to find other medications that will be more effective in activating all of the 37 genes," said Dr. Brodsky, who explained that the mathematical model can be applied further in the fields of medicine, biology and agriculture.

Fire from northern Gaza continued Tuesday, as eleven mortar shells were launched towards the western Negev. There were no casualties although two structures sustained damages.

The shooting began at around 11:00 a.m., when Palestinians launched five mortar shells at the Kerem Shalom crossing, on the border between Israel and central Gaza. Two structures were damaged, although no one was hurt.

Three additional mortars were fired shortly afterwards at western Negev communities. Later, at around 3:15 p.m., an additional barrage of three mortars hit the area, landing in open areas. There were no ensuing casualties or damages in either of the later volleys.

The latest round of mortars has become part of the routine for area residents. During a tour of Sderot on Monday, Italian Prime Minister Romano Prodi asked in disbelief three times, "5,000 Qassams have hit Sderot and the Gaza perimeter?"

"It's hard to see the daily suffering of the residents here. It's impossible to live like this," said the Italian premier, on his first visit to the Qassam-battered southern city.

Never Release Terrorist

Details Released on Counter-Terrorist Operation

(IsraelNN.com) Two Arab terrorists were arrested in the early Monday counter-terrorist operation near Jenin in which one Islamic Jihad terrorist was killed, the IDF disclosed. The arrests were carried out by special Border Police, security and army forces.

They uncovered an explosive device, bomb-making material, an M-16 rifle, two AK-47 assault rifles, three handguns and IDF uniforms.

The Islamic Jihad terrorist who was killed, Mahmud Najib Mustafah Nazal, previously served time in an Israeli prison. One of the two arrested terrorists also was among those released by Israel but who returned to attacks against Israel.

This is yet an other example of why Israel should never release terrorist, they just keep trying to murder us.

10 European Foreign Ministers: Roadmap at Dead End

(IsraelNN.com) Ten European foreign ministers said Monday that the American Roadmap plan is dead and that Israel must make major concessions to the Palestinian Authority (PA). Speaking at an unofficial conference, they called for the deployment of an international peacekeeping force in the area. The foreign ministers also revealed that an Arab League delegation from Jordan and Egypt has proposed visiting Israel to try to revive the Saudi 2000 initiative. The plan calls for recognition of Israel by 22 Arab states in return for a surrender of all of Israel that was restored after the Six-Day War in 1967.

The Saudi plan also insists on the right of immigration to Israel of more than five million descendants of Arabs living in the country when it was established and accepted as a country by the United Nations.

The European officials wrote to newly appointed Quartet envoy Tony Blair, who recently stepped down as Britain's Prime Minister, calling for Israel to implement "concrete and immediate measures in favor of Mahmoud Abbas," chairman of the PA. The Quartet includes the United Nations, the United States, the European Union (EU) and Russia

Everyone calls on Israel to make major concessions to the Palestinian Authority, all the time give, give , give to the Palestinians.

When is someone going to call on the Palestinians to make major concessions to Israel?

During its recent takeover of Gaza, Hamas seized mass quantities of arms from Fatah depots, including anti-aircraft and antitank missiles. Weapons could help Hamas army more than double number of gunmen

Alex Fishman
Published: 07.06.07, 10:02 / Israel News

Senior defense officials are extremely concerned by the fact that Hamas has recently seized large quantities of anti-aircraft missiles, antitank rockets and Katyusha rockets.

In the course of Hamas' takeover of the Gaza Strip in the last several weeks, the group's gunmen took control over Fatah and PA security forces' depots containing vast amounts of weapons.

A Southern Command official explained that some of the weapons were smuggled into Gaza in violation of agreements and understandings with Israel, and may pose substantial risk to the IDF.

For instance, the depots contained standard antitank Sager rockets and outdated anti-aircraft Strela missiles that could be used against Israeli planes.

Hamas also got hold of several dozen 122-milimeter caliber Grad B rockets (Katyushas), which were apparently brought into Gaza by the Islamic Jihad and seized by Fatah.

Other arms that are now in Hamas' hands include heavy anti-aircraft DShk machine guns, large quantities of explosives, thousands of guns, a few thousand RPG rockets and millions of bullets of various types.

Additionally, Hamas took hold of radio equipment, night vision systems and telescopes that were held at Fatah's warehouses.

Hamas' capture of these weapons has triggered a drastic decline in the prices of arms in the Strip, which dropped by a third, and at some cases even by half.

I am less worried about the anti aircraft missles than I am the night vision equipment that Hamas now has much of it was state of the art given as American aid to Fatah. This night vision equipment could spell the difference in success or failure on small scale ground operations by the IDF.

(IsraelNN.com) Hamas has declared that Gaza workers are to take the day off on Thursday and Friday. The Fatah-controlled Palestinian Authority has traditionally had days off on Friday and Saturday.

PA workers in Gaza who were unfamiliar with the new Hamas order arrived at work on Thursday morning to discover that the doors to their offices were locked. They were chased away by armed Hamas members, some of whom fired at the workers’ feet. No workers were injured in the incident.

The Knesset plenum, in a vote of 46 to 24, approved the appointment of Haim Ramon and Ruhama Avraham as government ministers, and approved the planned government reshuffle.

Following the vote, Ramon was sworn in as vice premier, and will replace Shimon Peres, who was recently elected president. Avraham was sworn in as the minister in charge of coordinating between the government and the Knesset.

"Today more than ever, the government represents stability, political solidity and the ability to seriously address the problems at hand," Olmert said after Ramon and Avraham were sworn in. "We are a nation that throws ourselves around and sometimes loses our balance," he added.

"I think the public feels that (Ramon) has returned to his natural place….I very much wanted him in the government," said Olmert.

I was called on the carpet by one of my readers for calling Katsav a rapist, even though I had spoken with police that were familiar with the investigation. This person felt I had fallen into the trap of the left wing media in Israel.

Katsav still has not had his day in court but I still think he is a serial rapist and pervert.

But now we have a man Haim Ramon that is a convicted sex offender as the Deputy Prime Minister of Israel.

Olmert welcomes him back saying Ramon has returned to his natural place. In American prisons sex offenders are at the lowest end of the cast system and many times are killed in prison by other prisoners.

So the members of the Knesset have less honor than criminals in prison in America for today they welcomed a convicted sex offender into their midst and I doubt that Ramon will have a fatal incident in the showers of the Knesset like might happen to a sex offender in prison in America.

If my harsh stance on this troubles some of you, please remember that as an ex American street cop I have my baggage. It comes from seeing the victims of sex crimes and understanding the cruel nature of these crimes that can and may haunt the victim for the rest of her life.

High Court approves transfer home of four Jordanians serving life

Last update - 00:01 05/07/2007 High Court approves transfer home of four Jordanians serving life By Yuval Yoaz, Haaretz Correspondent and The Associated Press

The High Court on Wednesday rejected an appeal against the transfer of four Jordanian infiltrators serving life for killing two Israel Defense Forces soldiers to complete their terms in Jordan, according to a court document.

Supreme Court President Dorit Beinisch and Justices Miriam Naor and Elyakim Rubinstein ruled the issue touched on the state's external relations and thus is for the government's consideration, and not the court's.

The justices said this is a clearly political subject, and stressed that the High Court has strictly refrained from interfering in decisions relating to political agreements.

The prisoners were expected to be sent to Jordan on Thursday.

Beinisch referred to the possibility that the men will be freed when in Jordan: "I assume the government exerted itself in the agreement arranged with the Jordanian kingdom to ensure the prisoners involved will not be granted pardons, but the details give an impression the commitments the Prime Minister received on this subject will only last for a limited period."

Why play a game by entering into an agreement with Jordan that sets a time frame for when these terrorist can be set free?

We all know that as soon as the terrorist hit Jordanian soil they will not be spending any time in jail.

How can the government keep asking our sons to serve in the IDF if they set murdering scum like this free or if we allow captive soldiers to sit for a year without freeing them. Just so nobody misunderstands me by freeing them I don't mean letting more terrorist go free I mean by using YAMAM to go get them. (YAMAM is the hostage rescue unit of the Border Police)

The nation's mood: No longer 'all for one and one for all'

The nation's mood: No longer 'all for one and one for all'

Parents of 18 year-olds who will be inducted into combat units in the coming months were as emotional as everyone else when they heard the voice of Gilad Shalit, but they had their own fears and anger. 'The behavior of the leaders is terrible. I try to explain this to my son, but he is as stubborn as a mule - he wants to enlist in a combat unit'

The boys are psyched; the parents are full of fear. In the coming months they will accompany their sons to the recruiting office for their service in the best IDF fighting units. They were as emotional as everyone else when they heard the voice of kidnapped soldier Gilad Shalit, as he pleaded with the government to work for his release. The parents of the recruits told Ynet that they were very worried about sending their children to serve in the army. “It is no longer ‘all for one’”, said Roni Simcha, father of 18-year-old Tzach, who is enlisting in August to the paratroopers unit.

Simcha received the news of Shalit’s audiotape in a storm of emotions. “If it was up to me, Tzach would not enlist at all. The behavior of the leaders in the government and the IDF is terrible. I try to explain this to my son, but he is stubborn as a mule - he wants to enlist in a combat unit.”

According to Simcha, the iron principles on which the state was based, no longer exist. “I do not think they are doing anything to free the captured soldiers. As a father of a recruit, it is very disheartening that soldiers are left behind on the field. I see the how the IDF treats disabled soldiers. They leave them behind as well. The state wants to take everything from us, including the most precious thing - our children, but they are not prepared to give anything in return.”

For Ronit, mother of Gal who will enlist in the air force in July, fear overshadows pride. She admited that she would be happy if he would avoid serving in a combat unit. “I always tell him that I would prefer it if he would be a jobnik (pencil-pusher), but he does not listen. He is full of motivation. I try to calm myself with the fact that he will undergo extensive training, but I worry about what will happen afterwards.”

Like many other parents, Ronit was attached to the radio and TV and kept listening over and over to Shalit’s recorded message. “It was very difficult to hear, and I felt for his parents. I am sending my son to the army, but not with a full heart. I am not calm and I do not trust those to whom I am entrusting my son. We saw what happened with the Gilad Shalit incident and in the Second Lebanon War. We heard stories from our friends, and now we are even less relaxed.”

Yoav Cohen, father of 18-year-old Shachar who will enlist in a combat unit, sounded a slightly different opinion. As opposed to Simcha and Ronit, he is not afraid to send his son to a combat unit. His concerns stem from the current leadership failure to courageously deal with the issues of captives. “I served in a combat unit and so will my son. I encourage him to follow his beliefs, and both of us know that he may have to pay the price for the right to live here. But I am afraid of the politicians who are running the country.”

According to Cohen, the Israeli government should have acted differently in Shalit's case and told the truth, even if it is difficult. “In our country we do not do things at the right time. Today the price does not matter - 500 or 2,000 terrorists. But we should have reacted with strength and on time - we should have given an ultimatum and stood by it. As difficult as it sounds - if my son would be kidnapped and the prime minister would say to me: ‘I am willing to release 5,000 terrorists, but I think that we should react with force, at all cost,’ I would accept it. Everybody is talking but no one is saying the truth - this land was won with blood.”

I know the pain and worries of a parent that has a son in the IDF.

I also know that having a country is not a cheap thing, they take our money and limit our freedom of actions in order to create a living working environment that allows for people to live together.

All of this we give up with some grumbling but the State also demands that we the highest price from us that it can extract, we must put our children on the line.

Putting your child on the line is the hardest thing that any parent can ever do. I have seen what happens when a parent buries their soldier son who fell in battle.

It turns you old over night.

If Israel had real leaders instead of the cowards, scum and traitors that now sit in the Knesset, I know at least one parent would have some greater peace of mind.

Olmert: Easing PA Travel Limits 'Worth the Gamble'

(IsraelNN.com) Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said Monday that removing more roadblocks and checkpoints in Judea and Samaria will give Israel diplomatic benefits that make the gamble marginal. Previous easing of restrictions often resulted in a spate of murderous attacks that often claimed the lives of school children waiting for rides. He added, "I do not want to fool anyone that there will not be attempts by terrorists to attack."

Speaking to the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, he also stated that freeing convicted terrorists is more practical, now that Hamas is not officially a part of the Palestinian Authority (PA) government. He warned, "The moment Abu Mazen [Mahmoud Abbas] renews communication with Hamas, Israel will cut off its ties with the PA."

Once again an Israeli Prime Minister instead of protecting the people he has sworn to protect is gambling with their lives and future to please his masters in Washington D.C..

Saving Jews from these animals should be the first priority of the Israeli Prime Minister, the second priority is to work on a PR campaign to ready the world for the military victory that we must win in order to secure a future without terrorism for Israel.

IDF Grants Humanitarian Aid to Gaza Monday

IDF Grants Humanitarian Aid to Gaza Monday

(IsraelNN.com) The IDF spokesman sent out a press release outlining the following humanitarian assistance offered to Gaza's Arabs Monday:

Sufa Crossing – Approximately 2,500 tons and 78,000 liters of products: 556 tons animal feed, 530 tons straw, 360 tons sugar, 264 tons flour (and an additional 47 tons of flour for merchants ), 205 tons salt, 78,000 liters oil, 61 tons spices , 48 tons rice, 49 tons halva, 39 tons bananas, 54 tons jam , 23 tons carrots, 30 tons barley, 29 tons humus, 40 tons corn , 20 tons hypochlorite, 14 tons canned meat, 6.5 tons tea, 100 tons powdered milk (donated by UNRWA).

Kerem Shalom Crossing – 20 trucks carrying summer fruits, milk products, baby diapers, meat, medical supplies, fertilized eggs and oil.

"The IDF is continuing its efforts to provide a response to humanitarian needs in the Gaza Strip," the statement explains.

This is not the way to win a war, the IDF should be planning how to win a victory over our enemies not how to feed them.

Kinneret Down 14 Inches, Water Shortage Looms

Kinneret Down 14 Inches, Water Shortage Looms

(IsraelNN.com) The level of the Kinneret has declined by 36 centimeters (slightly more than 14 inches) since reaching its seasonal peak in May and now stands at 211.26 meters below sea level. The water level rose slightly more than two meters (slightly more than six and a half feet) during the winter, leaving it lower than at the same time last year.

Water Authority Council official Prof. Uri Shani recently stated that a water shortage looms if Israel does not start producing more desalinated water. The Cabinet took his warning to heart Sunday and voted to more than double the amount of desalinated water by 2013.

The lake has not filled to flood levels since the heavy rains in 1991 and 1992 and has not overcome the shortage resulting from the 1999-2002 dry spell. In addition, the underground aquifer system has been drying up.
