JNF to repeal practice of selling land to Jews only
Jewish National Fund tells court it will sell land to Jews and Arabs on condition that Israel Land Authority compensates it for land sold to non-Jews

Published: 09.24.07, 10:08 / Israel NewsThe Jewish National Fund (JNF) told the High Court on Monday that it was willing to reverse its practice of selling land to Jews only, on the condition it is compensated for land sold to non-Jews.
The decision comes in response to a petition against the JNF over its refusal to sell its lands to Arabs. The petition was filed in 2004 by a group of Arab Israeli citizens who were forbidden from bidding for land in the north put up for sale by the JNF.
According to the attorney general's response to the High Court, the State and the JNF need three months in order to reach a land exchange agreement. Until such an agreement is reached, JNF lands will be marketed equally to Jews and non-Jews.
The JNF is of the view that it purchases its lands with donations from Jewish donors who want the land be used to settle Jews in Israel. It therefore has a moral obligation to honor the donors' wishes.
This is just one more cut in the death of a thousand cuts for a Jewish State.
Next the flag of Israel and the seal of Israel will be gone, for how can Israeli Arabs feel good about themselves with a Star of David on their flag and the Menorah as the seal of the State.
Without help from G-D, I see no future for the Jewish State.
We are allowing self hating Jews to destroy the hopes, prayers and hard work that has been watered with the blood of our children which brought about the birth and growth of the Jewish State.
Will we mark the year 5768 in years to come with a new fast that marks the start of the destruction of Israel?
