More Weapons To Terrorist
Nablus - Ma'an - Israel is stalling a planned delivery of armored military vehicles to the West Bank Palestinian security services, a high-ranking security source in Nablus said on Monday.Israeli authorities, the source said, want to deliver the tanks without
crucial components such as machine guns attached, making them less
militarily effective.Donated by Russia, an original shipment of 50 vehicles has been reduced to
25, which are to be delivered to Jericho following final Israeli approval.
Palestinian Authority forces will be trained in the use of the new equipment
in Jericho.The source also said that Israel has agreed to allow 750 members of the
National Security Forces to leave the West Bank for a four-month training
course in Jordan.Israel and the United States are supporting a multimillion dollar effort to
establish security in the West Bank and dismantle Palestinian resistance
groups, under the guidelines of the internationally-sponsored Road Map peace
plan.
Given the history of the Palestinians turning every weapon they have ever received against Israel, I am not sure removing the machine guns is enough. I think we should take the engines out of these vehicles as well so they become just lumps of steel that are of no use against Israel.
The world could give the PA every weapon available to man and they would not stop a single terror attack against the Jewish people, and as history has shown 100% of the time the weapons would be turned on Israel. For terrorist brothers will not fight terrorist brothers to save Jews.
