(IsraelNN.com) Pro-Arab activists plan to challenge Israeli sovereignty a second time with another "Free Gaza" boat sailing on September 22, the Chinese news agency Xinhua reported. Two boats landed at the Gaza beach two weeks ago after the Foreign Minister decided it was better to let the activists symbolically break Israeli sovereignty than to grant them publicity by arresting them or allowing them to stage a long protest at sea.

Jamal al-Khodary, head of the Popular Committee Against the Siege, said the third boat also will sail from Cyprus and will carry members of the European Union (EU) parliament, doctors and media.
