"The borders of Israel and Palestine should be based on the 1967 lines with mutually agreed swaps, so that secure and recognized borders are established for both states," President Barack Obama said in his speech.

If you want a contiguous Palestinian State, you would then create a bifurcated Israel. So you will reward terrorist with a contiguous state and punish Israel by cutting us into two parts?
