Mr Speaker,Congress of the United States and the American people.

I come before this historic body as the closest friend you have in the world, and I seek to strengthen and deepen that friendship.

All of Israel wants to congratulate the American people on the elimination of the terrorist Bin Laden. As a former commando myself I want to personally congratulate those SEALS that carried out the mission. As many know from Israeli history, we also have our own anti terror commandos.

Some say that justice delayed is justice denied.

I want to inform the world that in keeping with the spirit of the American mission to kill Bin Laden.

Israeli commandos, our SEALS, 5 minutes ago killed a terrorist, an evil man that wrote his doctorate denying the holocaust and after that for several decades was the comptroller of Fatah and as a part of this function he funded the murder of Jews for decades.

This terrorist has not turned from his evil ways, as evident from his recent inclusion into the PA government the Palestinian terror group, Hamas. Hamas is the spiritual cousins of Al Qaeda. Abbas has now paid for his crimes against the Jewish people, the same way Bin Laden paid for his crimes against the American people.

Justice has been served.

The IDF has now gone to war to eliminate the terrorist living in Judea and Samaria. Israel is not at war with the Palestinian people, only the terrorist that are seeking to steal the future of the Palestinians and Israelis'.

To the Palestinians, I tell you Israel wants you to live in peace in Judea and Samaria. As permanent residence in the Jewish state, you will be giving your children a better future by accepting this offer.

If you refuse our offer, we will use what force is necessary to remove you from our land.

It is our land, given to the Jewish people by G-D. We have returned home and as a sign of this Israel will annex Judea and Samaria including all parts of Jerusalem.

In closing I now ask the American government to terminate aid to Israel, you need the money more than we do. We are requesting this as a sign of our deep friendship with the American people, friends help friends in need. You helped us when we were weak and needed these funds to gain strength and now we want to help America.

In closing I issue a warning to Iran, Syria, Egypt and Lebanon, do not interfere with our war against terrorism. For to do so will be an act of war against Israel and we will respond like we have never responded before.

The war you force on us ,will only finish with your unconditional surrender to Israel.
